Dr. James McLaughlin has 38 years of experience in the public schools serving in the capacities of Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Director of Special Services, LDTC, and Special Education Teacher. In addition to these roles, Dr McLaughlin has served as an adjunct professor in doctoral, master’s and undergraduate level programs. State leadership roles include service as president of the NJ Association of Pupil Services Administrators and the NJ Council of Administrators of Special Education. Dr. McLaughlin also served as a Due Process Hearing Panel Member for the State of Delaware.
